HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ?
Obviously this depends on the particular installation. However, the cost of the product is only a small part of the overall project. The bulk of the costs are in the installation.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ?
No two jobs are the same, and the great British weather must be taken into account, but LandTec Landscapes will have the experience to give you a reliable timescale.
HOW MUCH MESS WILL THERE BE ?
A certain amount of mess and upheaval is inevitable, but LandTec Landscapes will do their utmost to minimise disruption and always leave the working site safe at the end of the day.
WHAT DOES THE QUOTATION COVER ?
Your quote will list every point of work to be carried out, so you as the customer will know what to expect from us, and we as the contractor will know what to complete. There will be no hidden charges as the final price including full labour and materials will be listed on your quote. Any changes to the listed works will be agreed before completion and a price agreed by both parties.
YOU ASK FOR A DEPOSIT ON THE WORKS, WHY ?
We ask for the cost of materials and this is payable before we start the project. This is to be paid by cash or cheque and the balance to be paid on completion of the project which can be in cash or cheque made payable to Landtec Landscapes.
As you can imagine the cost of an installation in regards to materials is very expensive so we ask for a deposit to cover our investment in materials.
HOW DOES YOUR "CASH GIFT" WORK ?
Its simple, if you recommend us to a friend or neighbour and they book a installation with us you will receive a cash gift from us as a thank you.
The amount you receive will depend on the amount they spend this is set out shown on the levels below
they spend between £500 - £1000 you receive £20.00
they spend between £1001- £1500 you receive £50.00
they spend between £1501 - £2500 you receive £75.00
they spend between £2501 -£4000 you receive £100.00
they spend between £4001- £6000 you receive £200.00
they spend between £6001 and above you receive £300.00
Maximum gift payment is £300.00
Cash gift is payable in cheque only made payable by Landtec Landscapes, this offer cannot be exchanged for any other service or offer advertised by Landtec Landscapes.
One offer per household only.
Your friend or neighbour must pay the deposit in full and once the installation is complete they must pay the final balance in full and have proof of completed payment, we will issue a signed company receipt as proof.
We will make the "cash gift" payment to you within 21 days after the balance has been made in full.
Advertising and photos; we take photos before and after of installations which from time to time we will use on either our website or on our advertising leaflets, to keep you and your property details private these photos will show no details of location and/or personal details.
We also with your permission like to place an advertising details board during and for a short period after we have completed works outside the front of your property, this will just show our logo, website and contact details of our company
Even if you decide not to use LandTec Landscapes to install your project please be aware of the following advice;
Plan early- reputable contractors are in high demand and need many weeks notice, so be very wary of contractors who say they can start work tommorow !
Quotations- always ask for a written quote, never accept verbal ones.
